The Informatics and Insights team supports the use of data and systems across the People Directorate, including reporting and analysis. Colleagues in the team are also leading the System Improvement Programme - a hugely significant and exciting project in the organisation to replace our current case management system in Adult and Children’s Social Care - Care First - with a new system.

The Business Analyst role is a crucial part of a team of professionals who undertake a range of important activities in the end-to-end design and delivery of case management systems and extracting and presenting the data and information for a range of purposes.
