£32,020 - £35,411 per annum (pay award pending)

We are looking to employ a Bereavement Support Supervisor working within the Facility Services and Civic Management division.

You must have knowledge of the legislation in relation to Bereavement Services and the ability to apply it in line with service requirements.

The ability to work to tight deadlines, with attention to detail is essential and you must be able to work cooperatively within a small team and direct them to deliver to agreed timescales and performance levels.

You should have excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills and be able to manage competing priorities in order to meet deadlines.

A sympathetic and understanding manner to bereaved customers with respect for confidential material is essential

You should have excellent IT skills including experience in developing digital initiatives and the development of Microsoft applications to a high level to suit business needs.
