Newcastle City Learning is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated person to join their Apprenticeship team. The successful applicant will be customer focussed and have the ability to use a range of strategies to engage with employers and develop the business. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the drive and determination to meet targets. A working knowledge and understanding of the funding requirements for apprenticeship and traineeship programmes is essential for this role.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is happy going out and talking to employers about the benefits of apprenticeships. We are looking for someone who can work with employers to identify their workforce development needs and provide them with a bespoke training service promoting the excellent training opportunities offered by Newcastle City Learning. Knowledge of how to support the onboarding process is also required.
