Facilities Maintenance Operative - Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)

N4 SCP 5 - 8 £19,312 - £20,493 per annum (permanent post)

The post holder will be required to ensure the buildings and grounds are fit for purpose; maintain the cleanliness/condition of the academy premises and surrounding grounds and ensure the delivery of the service is in accordance with customer service standards, policies and procedures. Successful candidates must be flexible to work across the Trust sites when needed.

Assistant Facilities Manager - Monday to Friday (42 hours per week)

N6 SCP 20-24 - £29,503 - £32,457 per annum (permanent post)

The post holder will be required to assist the Facilities Manager in coordinating and supervising the support of facility and ancillary services across the Trust to ensure the buildings are fit for purpose; to ensure the delivery of services in accordance with customers service standards, policies and procedures; to assist the Facilities Manager in providing a professional and efficient caretaking and maintenance service across all school premises.

A full, clean driving licence is essential.

Successful candidates must be flexible to work across the Trust sites when needed.
