Facilities Maintenance Operative - Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)

N4 SCP 5 - 8 £19,312 - £20,493 per annum (permanent post)

The post holder will be required to ensure the buildings and grounds are fit for purpose; maintain the cleanliness/condition of the academy premises and surrounding grounds and ensure the delivery of the service is in accordance with customer service standards, policies and procedures.

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor - Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)

N5 SCP 13 - 17 £22,627 - £24,491 per annum (permanent post)

The post holder will be required to coordinate and supervise the support of facility and ancillary services within the Trust to ensure the building is fit for purpose, maintain the cleanliness/condition of the academy premises and surrounding grounds, ensure the delivery of services in accordance with customer service standards, policies and procedures and provide a professional and efficient caretaking and maintenance service across all school premises. A full, clean driving licence is essential.

Successful candidates must be flexible to work across the Trust sites when needed.
