Newcastle Residents Survey 2015
In June 2015, questionnaires will be sent out to people across the city aged 16 and over, for our Residents Survey 2015. We are doing this so that we can better understand what people think about Council services and their local areas.
If your household receives a form, we ask that someone aged 16 or over completes it, and returns it to us in the enclosed Freepost envelope. People who have received a form can also complete the survey online at www.m-e-l.co.uk/Newcastlecc.aspx, or using a smartphone, by scanning the barcode in the top right hand corner. By completing this questionnaire, you will be entered into a prize draw with a first prize of a £50 voucher, second prize of a £15 voucher and a third prize of a £10 voucher.
The survey is being carried out by M•E•L Research, a research consultancy agency, who will carry it out in accordance with the rules of the Market Research Society. The research teams at Newcastle City Council and M•E•L Research will keep your participation in this survey confidential, and can assure you that any personal details you provide in the survey will only be used for research purposes.
If you need help filling in the questionnaire, or would prefer it in a different format, such as a large print version , please email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 0121 604 4664, or alternatively the M-E-L Freephone hotline on 0800 0730348.
If you are sent a form, please take this opportunity to have your say, because it is important that we hear everybody’s views. Thank you very much for your help, and good luck in the prize draw.
