We have a team of surveyors, technical and administrative staff who are responsible for the management of a large part of the Commercial Property Portfolio including factories, industrial and commercial sites, non-housing shops (excluding Eldon Square and the markets).
The management duties of the team include negotiating lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews, the upkeep of all records as well as the day to day management of the property.
In addition, the team is responsible for dealing with any acquisitions and disposals of property so far as they relate to the upkeep of the Property Portfolio and the requirements of the Chief Executive Directorate.
