We believe that taking practical action to improve equality and fairness we can make our city a place where everyone is able to live, work and socialise. We know we still have work to do but we are proud of what we have achieved already. We want to tell people about the things that we have achieved as a council and also about some of the things people in our city have achieved.
We are 28th in the the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index.
