Thousands of you come into contact with our staff every day. They could be collecting your rubbish, taking your council tax payment, or caring for you at home. We expect all of our staff to give you a great service. If you’ve been impressed by some extra-special service from an individual or team, nominate them for our ‘Star Awards’. Don’t worry if you don’t know their name. Just let us know what they did, when and where and we’ll try to find them.
