We all want to live in a clean and attractive city but we also
know that we can't just dump our rubbish in a hole in the ground and
forget about it. We want to reduce the waste we send to landfill sites and
we need you to help by following the three R's - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
You can find your bin collection day on-line including garden
waste and blue bin recycle waste. Go to Bin Collection
Calendar.
If you still have your black recycling box please use our
black box recycling calendar to find out your dates until your new blue bin
arrives.
Go to Black Box
Recycling Calendar.
Zero Waste Challenge
We are
challenging the residents of Brunton Park and Melbury Park to participate in a
Zero Waste Challenge. For 2 weeks, starting on 27 October, we are encouraging
everyone in the area to reduce, reuse and recycle with the aim of sending the
minimum amount of household waste to landfill as possible. Find out more about the
challenge.
