| Preparing For Change Appraisal Document
This Appraisal Form, reflecting national SRB Guidance, is used for the Preparing For Change (SRB6) Board to approve agreed projects within the SRB6 Programme. | |
Preparing For Change Cost Increase Form
In consultation with the Preparing For Change (SRB6) Staff Team a Cost Increase Form can be completed by a Project Officer for submission to the Preparing For Change Board to request an increase in costs to an already approved project. | |
Preparing For Change Feasibility and Development Fund Form
This form is intended to support the initial development costs, which would precede formal appraisal of new projects. In limited circumstances the fund can support feasibility work which is closely aligned to existing Preparing For Change projects and themes. |  |
