You can:

Alternatively, you can:

Newcastle Planning Services welcome the submission of applications online through our partnership with Planning Portal.  You can fill out an application, submit electronic drawing attachments and pay your fee electronically.

What are the benefits to you?

  • Your application will be fast tracked to us the same day.
  • You will not need to go submit a hard copy of the application.
  • The application will be checked for completeness at the point the application is submitted.  Reducing the likelyhood of the application being deemed invalid on receipt.
  • And, perhaps most importantly it should save you money.

Customer Feedback

If you have recently applied for planning consent from Newcastle City Council, you may wish to give us comments and feedback on your experience with the process.  The Council is keen to ensure that all planning applicants are consulted about whether they are satisfied with the service provided, and so it is important that we hear your views.

Please click here to complete a short questionnaire, if you would like to to take part in this survey.
