Please Note: We currently receive a high volume of planning applications which we are not able to process on receipt due to inaccurate or incomplete information being provided.  This can significantly increase the time taken to process and validate your application. 

To help us process your application as quickly as possible it is important that you take time to read the attached guidance.  We would also request that you complete and return the appropriate checklist with your planning application.

You can pay electronically by using our on-line payment system.

Please ensure you select the appropriate type of planning payment

• Planning Application fee
• Planning misc fee (e.g. location plans, copy plans, decision notices)
• Pre Application fees (for non-household pre applications only)

  If you do not have a reference, please can you insert the site address as a reference and also insert any other relevant details in the narrative field.
