The services and role of Strategic Sites development is to provide a comprehensive property service in relation to the Strategic Sites and other significant development outside of the Central Core of the City.
The services provided include all property matters for those developments including land assembly, disposal of development sites and negotiation of development or joint venture agreements.
The areas of expertise is specifically designed to serve and mirror that of the whole of the City except the central core. Key sites include Fossway, Shields Road, Newburn Riverside, South Benwell, Newcastle Great Park and many others.
