Throughout 2012 there will be a host of events and festivals, art projects and activities linked to the Cultural Olympiad and centred in and around NewcastleGateshead.
The Olympic Torch Relay visited our region on Friday 13 July 2012.
St. James’ Park became an Olympic Venue for both men’s and women’s football; with a host of events, celebrations and activities surrounding the matches.
