If an item is listed as in stock on our catalogue you may reserve the item online. A 50p charge applies except to under 16s and those registered blind or sight impaired. You will be notified when it is ready to be collected from your nominated branch. The charge applies to items reserved both online and in a library branch.
If the item is not on our catalogue we will try to borrow it from another library authority. This service costs £2.50 per item (there is a 50p reservation charge and an additional £2.00 to pay on collection). Please phone 0191 2774100 or email information@newcastle.gov.uk for more information.
