How it works
-
Jackie had an accident ten years ago that left her with a physical disability.
-
After several years out of work Jackie talked to WorkFirst.
-
We worked with Jackie on a personal development plan so she could work without extra support.
-
Jackie received training and personal support. She started working as an administration assistant.
-
WorkFirst helped Jackie and her employer to look at and fund workplace adaptations that Jackie needed.
-
A job coach helped Jackie for two months and eventually Jackie no longer needed their help.
-
Jackie now works independently for her employer.
