  • We will organise the interviews for you, inviting the candidates and sending any relevant information to the candidates
  • We will also assist with the interviews if required as we have a lot of experience of working with young people
  • We support both the employer and the apprentice and will work with both to resolve any issues satisfactorily

What previous employers have said about the apprenticeship programme

"The Newcastle City Learning apprenticeship programme was particularly successful for us. Our apprentice joined us in 2008 in a receptionist role, initially for a 12 month period. We were so pleased with her performance we decided to extend this for a further 12 months, during which she completed a Level 2 and an Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration. It was clear to see that she was developing skills and knowledge and became a valued member of the administration team. A full-time, permanent administrative contract was confirmed for Sophie on 1st June 2010. I would have no hesitation in recommending Newcastle City Learning for a first class service." Gordon Quince, Managing Director, Interactive Development Limited
