Social care services comments and complaints procedures

New regulations and guidance for adult and children's social care services complaints were released by Department of Health and the Department for Education and Skills at the beginning of August 2006. Our local procedures are currently being reviewed to meet the requirements of the new guidance.

From 1 September 2006 we have been following the new guidance :
