Newcastle Shopmobility office is based in Eldon Garden Shopping Centre on Percy Street, right in the heart of the Newcastle. From there, most of the City Centre is accessible without ever having to cross a road.

How to find us

Free parking is available in Eldon Garden Multi-Storey car park, Percy Street, next to the Shopmobility office. The whole of Level 4 of the car park has been reserved for the sole use of Shopmobility members. Our trained staff are available to bring a battery powered scooter or wheelchair to your car.

You can be dropped off at Newcastle Shopmobility by ambulance, Care Call bus, taxi or car. There is a special 'drop-off' area to the rear of the Eldon Garden Shopping Centre. Passenger lifts have been installed to bring you straight into the Newcastle Shopmobility Office.
