Important Information
You should take great care to complete your application form in accordance with the instructions and the accompanying information. In choosing your first preference of school you should make a realistic assessment of your chances of securing a place at that school.

For example, if you are applying for a place in a Newcastle Community school, naming your feeder school as your first preference gives you the greatest chance of success because, in the event of a Community school being oversubscribed, the children attending a school’s feeders are given priority in the oversubscription criteria.

If you were unable to submit your application by the dates specified you will now need to make a late application. This can be done by contacting the admissions team. Please read our section on Casual Admissions for further information.
