Strategic Capital and Asset Management Plan 2008/09-2012/13
(pdf 3.7Mb)
The Council uses strategic asset management planning to make sure that we provide the best service, and get the best value for money, from the property assets that the Council owns. Our property requirements must be properly managed because it is expensive, both to buy and to maintain, and it takes time to plan new property needs and to provide them. The Strategic Capital and Asset Management Plan sets out the Council’s approach to identifying and prioritising its capital investment and asset management resource requirements. It sets out the framework within which the Council’s capital spending programme is developed and managed and the processes by which existing property is used.
We'll keep you up to date with all of these plans on this website and in future issues of Citylife.
