Each year the Council undertakes a survey of residents in the city to find out what you think about the Council’s performance, the services we provide to you and what you think about the area you live in. Usually we produce an analysis of the survey results for the city as a whole. In 2007 we increased the number of people we included in the survey so that we could provide information for each ward as well. We will be doing this each year in future so that we can help people contribute to discussions about local issues and services more effectively.
We would be interested to hear your views on the results of this survey and any suggestions for how we might improve the analysis or coverage of the questions in future.
