
The East Pilgrim Street area is a crucial priority located at the heart of the City Centre next to the shopping core. The area represents an opportunity to create a distinctive new retail led mixed use quarter of the City Centre.
In order to provide clear direction the development of this important area, the City Council has been working towards the production of Interim Planning Guidance (IPG). On the 23 July 2009 the IPG was formally adopted by the Housing, Planning and Transport Committee.
