Access
Access to the Mansion House and the Garden Areas
A fully accessible automatic entrance for use by those guests who require level access to the building. Accessible (disabled) car parking are provided for guests to the Mansion House; these are located next to the accessible entrance.
The grounds of the Mansion House, including the private landscaped garden, are fully accessible to all visitors. The private landscaped garden can also be accessed from within the Mansion House via a ramp leading off from the large drawing room.
Facilities within the Mansion House
Within the building the ground floor area, including all function rooms, is fully accessible. The Mansion House has an accessible toilet, which is located on the ground floor. A portable induction loop system is available for functions on request.
In addition, staff are available to assist with way finding around the building when required. The bedrooms are located on the second floor within the Mansion House and are only accessible via a flight of stairs. However an arrangement is in place with a nearby hotel to provide fully accessible rooms for our guests at special rates. There are a limited number of rooms available and it is advisable to book as early as possible.
