Staffed Opening Times:

• Monday: 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm
• Tuesday: 9am to 5pm
• Wednesday: 9am to 1pm
• Thursday: 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm
• Friday: 9am to 5pm
• Saturday: 9am to 12pm

However, between 9am and 7:30pm Monday to Friday you can use the self service machine to borrow or return items.

• We have a selection of current fiction and non-fiction best-sellers for adults and children, including audio and large print books.
• You can order books, CDs and DVDs from any Newcastle Library and pick them up at Fawdon.

• Serve yourself at our new self-service terminals.
• Local history resources.
• Public photocopying service.
Information on local activities and events.
Regular activities for under-5s and holiday activities for older children.
Relax with a daily newspaper in the café.
Take part in a range of activities for all ages at the community centre.
