The Football Development Scheme is managed by Rob Atkin, Football Development Officer. Neil Winskill and Steve Beharall are the Assistant Football Development Officers whilst the administration of the Scheme is carried out by Olga Bridge.

The full time staff are supported by a team of 50 part-time Coaches. All N.F.D.S. Coaching staff receive monthly in-service training and all hold an F.A. Coaching Qualification, Emergency First Aid Award and Child Protection Certificate and have been screened via the Criminal Records Bureau.
