Service Requests to Envirocall - Castle Ward

The links below show the number of service requests received by Envirocall for our main cleansing services, and how many were dealt with within our service standards.  Where there is no service standard, the number of service requests completed is shown.

In February 2008, Neighbourhood Services changed to a new Works Management System to deal with all service requests made through Envirocall.  This change has included a review of service categorys for requests and in some cases this has had an impact on the closure rates within service standard.
