The new East End Customer Service Centre opened on Monday 3 November 2008. 

This new Centre has been designed to meet your needs following consultation with local people.  At the centre you can get access to over 90 different council services (pdf, 45.7kb).  Other facilities at the centre include:

• a spacious waiting and seating area with a range of information and leaflet displays;
• cashiering positions;
• PayPoint - a new service which lets you pay bills which show the PayPoint logo, and top up your mobile phone;
• private interview rooms;
• PCs for you to use, with free Internet access;
• a community meeting room; and
• community noticeborads which you can use to advertise events or groups.
