Online Bookings

Internet bookings are available for certain events at the City Hall. These tickets can be purchased through authorised ticketagents, Ticketline and Ticketmaster.

Customers should be aware that online purchases are subject to additional booking fees and should read terms and conditions applicable to the ticket agent chosen.

Online purchases and bookings made with authorised agents are subject to the terms and conditions of the agent concerned.  The City Council is not responsible for the content of any external ticketing website.

Cautionary Advice

There has been an increase recently in the number of secondary agent websites offering tickets for City Hall events at "premium" prices. Customers should be aware if they choose to book from these sellers they may pay vastly inflated prices. You are advised to buy only from ourselves, our agent Ticketline, or officially approved agents of national tours. If in doubt please check with the box office as to which agents are officially approved and the face value of tickets offered for sale. Newcastle City Hall does not accept any responsibility for tickets purchased from secondary agents.
