i6 Charlotte Square
This is a newly developed business incubator that provides an attractive and dynamic environment for businesses in the creative digital industry sector.
The property is a Grade II listed building centrally located in Newcastle’s City Centre. It features a glazed atrium area that links the historic Charlotte Square building to a former warehouse at the rear which is used as an informal meeting area. i6 is within walking distance to excellent transport links.
Quayside Business Development Centre
