There are ambitious hopes for the future of Elswick Pool and there is an opportunity for three exceptional
individuals who share the vision of providing a first-class, well-run facility for local
residents that is affordable and inclusive for all.

Set in one of the city’s great parks, it is more than just a pool and the aim is that it will be a real hub for the community, promoting healthy living and providing a range of activities to appeal to all.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in shaping the pool's future, right from the start of the journey.  The following vacancies are now available:

• Senior Duty Manager (39hrs), to be the overseer of safe, compliant and efficient management of the pool and leisure centre (including staff and volunteers) and drive new income generation.
• Duty Manager (39hrs), to ensure safe, compliant and efficient management of the pool and leisure centre (including staff and volunteers), and drive new income generation.
• Duty Manager (15hrs), to ensure safe, compliant and efficient management of the pool and leisure centre (including staff and volunteers), and drive new income generation.

All successful candidates will be able to demonstrate an ability to think on their feet, multi-task effectively, show commitment to professional standards and be proactive in seeking out new areas for our business development.
