LORRAINE CROSBY a.k.a. [ MRS LOUD ]
Lorraine Crosby is the female singer who recorded a duet with Meat Loaf on the smash hit song, ‘I would do anything for love but I won’t do that’
The song is still Meat Loafs only number one hit and was number one in every English speaking country in the world.
Lorraine also did a duet with Bonnie Tyler on a song called ‘ I’ll stand by you ‘ and sang the theme song to the hit TV show Widows by Lynda La Plante.
Lorraine has also worked very closely with writer producer Jim Steinman over a four year period and appeared on stage with Meat Loaf on Broadway NY and Newcastle upon Tyne.
She is bringing her high octane show and full live band to Newcastle City Hall for a one night only concert that will feature songs from her new album, the legendary Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman.
A very special guest star, Bonnie Tyler, will be performing her hits and duet with Lorraine.
Lorraine is releasing her debut album in July, entitled “Mrs Loud”
‘Lorraine Crosby is the best thing to come out of Newcastle’ Meat Loaf
