This course is for multi agency practitioners and managers who are likely to conduct and be involved directly in CAF assessments and act as Lead Practitioners. It is also advised for practitioners who are likely to be invited to Team Around the Child/Team Around the Family meetings.
This contributes to knowledge and understanding of the agenda around integrated working (enabling and encouraging practitioners to work together effectively to deliver front line services).
The CAF refresher training is aimed at practitioners and managers who have previously undertaken the full CAF and Lead Practitioner training. It would particularly benefit those trained prior to 2010 and those who need to refresh and renew their knowledge and understanding around the CAF process.
