Newcastle City Council’s Public Access site provided by IDOX is designed to give members of the public, councillors and consultees the ability to search, comment and track applications made to our Building Control, Licensing and Planning departments.
We have recently upgraded our Public Access website and it now includes the following functionality:
*Please note you must register to make a comment, representation or track and save searches against an application. When making a representation your contact details may be forwarded to the applicant (or their Agent) or to other Authorities such as the police. If you do not want your details passed onto any other parties please let us know. Please refer to the guidance notes below.
