The City Council owns 1 & 5 Charlotte Square which are Grade II listed multi-occupied buildings with individual units ranging from 170 to 1900 sq ft. These form part of an attractive Georgia Square has been recently restored. It provides affordable office/studio accommodation on flexible terms for a variety of uses.
The Council also owns 4 Old Eldon Square, a smaller Grade II listed multi-occupied building fronting the square itself. It provides basic office/retail accommodation in a City Centre location.
