ASU helps win new contract with Home Office
Charter Mark
The ASU is always striving to improve our service. Following the development of the Service Improvement Plan after our Best Value Review, we have considered it is appropriate to apply for Charter Mark.
This is an award which reflects how the government feels we serve our clients - and will come and test us on what we say we do. We have always felt that we 'go the extra mile' and we want to be able to demonstrate this to a body like Charter Mark - an external organisation who assesses how well we provide our service.
On 6th February 2006 we submitted an application for Charter Mark and we are optimistic that this will be successful. Watch this space!!
